FAQ
Please see below a list of Frequently Asked Questions to keep you informed about the upcoming Summit.
Is there transportation to the Summit?
We would love to provide transportation to the Summit, but we are working diligently to keep this event Free of Cost for each person attending.
We ask that you provide your own transportation out to Camp Victory for the Summit.
Is Bedding provided for sleeping accommodations?
If you are planning to drive in for this Summit, we ask that you bring your own bedding items (Twin sheets, blankets, pillows, sleeping bag, etc.). For those flying in for the summit, we understand that baggage is restricted, so we will be providing bedding for you to use. Please let us know ASAP if you are planning to fly in for the summit, so we can prepare all your bedding needs.
Where will we sleep?
Camp Victory is setup in a dorm-like camping experience. There will be dorms for Men & Dorms for Women. There are bathrooms and showers in each dorm.
This Summit will be a HANDS ON-REAL LIFE training, for your team to see what it would be like to serve during an actual Disaster Relief Experience.
Is there sleeping accommodations for couples?
Unfortunately, since Camp Victory sleeping arrangements are setup in dorms, there will not be accommodations for couples to sleep together. There will be a Men's Dorm & Women's Dorm for the Summit.
For those wishing to PURCHASE their own sleeping accommodations, please see above for the nearby hotels available. Each individual will be responsible for their own reservations.
Are meals provided during the Summit?
Yes, we will have Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner provided for each person attending, while at the Summit. All meals will take place at Camp Victory. Please let us know ASAP on any food allergies or restrictions.
What do I need to bring for training?
We will be providing all the tools and items needed for all training at the Summit.
Please bring comfortable shoes, clothing, etc. as the Summit does take place at a Camp.
